Are you a Student?
I find it difficult to think about what I am going to do when I leave school.
I have ideas about my future life but don’t know how to follow through.
I am uncertain about whether I should look for a job or undertake tertiary study.
I feel that I have made the wrong choice regards my tertiary education and now feel stuck.
As a recent graduate I am struggling to find a job that is in line with my qualification.
Are you an Adult?
I just need a new direction. However I don’t know what to do and where I can utilise my current skills and strengths?
After years in the same job I have been made redundant and I am uncertain of what the future offers me.
I am returning to work after a period away from the workplace and am concerned that my skills are dated. What do I need to do in order to be seen as employable in today’s competitive labour market?
Do you have a Business?
The issue of skilled or unskilled labour shortages is not new and has been a recurring trend for over a decade now and while migrant labour might be a quick fix it does not solve the problem.
Employees who see they have a future in the organization are likely to be happier and more committed.
Across all industries, the need for employers to invest in the reskilling of current employees as part of their change management and future workforce planning efforts, should be a key priority.
